Rullion Road, Penicuik is a well maintained, 3 bed semi-detached house in the
Cornbank area of Penicuik within walking distance of the city centre; it would
make a great home for a renting family. Whilst the property is in
lettable condition there are a couple of things I would point out: the kitchen
is dated and would benefit from a make-over and the bathroom does not have a
bath in it which can be off putting for prospective tenants.
Allan McDougall have got this on the market for £155,000. Thinking rental levels, you would be looking
at a rental price of around £900 pcm on this property, this is where we have
got our 7% return.
